From the moment you contact us, it is our intention to make the process smooth.. and comfortable.

Your actual therapy will look different depending on your needs and the services you are after.

After booking with us, you will meet with one or our psychologists for an hour and then collaborate on what therapy will look like. 

Session fees range from $150 to $200 per session, with each session lasting one hour.

We direct bill to many insurance companies such as Blue Cross, Greenshield, ASEBP, Equitable Life, Cooperators. Funds Insurance Company.

Our Red Deer office is located south of the Westerner in the Piper Creek Industrial Area. Our address is #102, 228 Spruce St.​

Our Lacombe location is at Casey’s Cabin. Which is nestled in the woods on the Burman University Campus.

We work at keeping our waiting list as short as possible. 

However, if you want to book with a particular  psychologist, you may need to wait a certain amount of time. 

If you are flexible with your time and preference, we guarantee a short wait time.
